RAST was founded by Damjan Radev and operates through a U.S. company, RAST RADEV LLC in Illinois. The studio was founded in Europe and works U.S. hours for client calls — that's where the founder is, and we'd rather you knew it on this page than on the first call.
The studio sits at the intersection of product development, web design and real-estate software. That combination shapes the way we approach projects: we care about how the site looks, but just as much about what sits behind it, how information is structured and whether the website remains useful once it has been live for a year.
You work directly with the person responsible for the product and the work — without layers of account managers between the conversation and the result.

What we believe
A website is part of the sale, and it should know what you're selling.
Builders and developers don't need another contractor template or a portfolio disconnected from the inventory. They need a site that carries the brand, the work and the properties together — and that stays current without a rebuild every few years.
That's why RAST is both a design studio and a platform. The design side is what buyers see. The platform side is what keeps it true a year later.
We'd rather do fewer projects properly than many quickly, and we'd rather show you a concept than send you a sales deck.
This isn't a concept platform
The technology already runs real property businesses.
The platform behind RAST also runs Nedviznosti, a live property marketplace in Europe — hundreds of active listings from 29 agencies, each with its own site on the same system.
That matters because the property functionality behind RAST wasn't created for a sales presentation. It comes from the actual work of organizing properties, publishing listings, keeping information current and turning browsing into inquiries.
