What does the concept cost?

Nothing. Send us your current website and we’ll show you how we’d rebuild your homepage. You decide after you’ve seen it.

Why a build fee and a monthly fee?

The build fee pays for designing and building a site for your company, not filling in a template. The monthly fee pays for hosting, updates, support and the platform behind your site.

Is there a contract?

After launch it’s month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime. If you leave, you keep your domain and get a copy of your site and all your content. Forms and the editor run on our platform, so your next web person would reconnect those.

Can I start small and add more later?

Yes. Every package already has the whole platform, so you never pay to unlock homes, floor plans or the map. Start with Launch and move to Builder when you want every page designed for you and us making the changes. We quote the upgrade before any work starts.

What changes the price of a Developer site?

The number of communities, phases and homesites, and how much of the site plan is interactive. You get a fixed quote after the concept, before any work starts.

How long does it take?

Launch takes 1–2 weeks, Builder about 4 and Developer typically 5–8. Timing depends mostly on how quickly your content and photos come together.
