The Grand Teton Club is a private, multi-generational community in Teton Valley, Idaho — real estate, golf, healthspan-focused living, sustainability infrastructure and regional lifestyle in a single long-term vision.
The goal was never simply to launch a website. It was to design, structure and continuously support a digital platform capable of representing an unusually complex, high-consideration offering with clarity, restraint and credibility.
This page documents how strategy, design, content architecture and ongoing support were combined into a site that is both durable and adaptable over time.

The challenge
Explain complexity without overwhelming. Build trust without selling.
Most luxury real-estate and private-community websites fall into one of two traps: over-simplifying a complex offering into empty lifestyle language, or over-marketing it with brochure copy and visual excess that sophisticated buyers see through immediately.
Grand Teton Club spans several deeply connected layers — multi-generational family compounds, private golf and outdoor recreation, a healthspan philosophy, community-controlled farming and geothermal energy, and the culture of the region. The audience is just as varied: families, founders, investors and long-term planners who value discretion and seriousness.
The website had to make all of that legible without flattening it, support search without compromising the brand, and feel calm, intentional and timeless while doing so.

Strategy
Every page has a clear job.
Rather than starting from keywords, the structure started from intent. Each major section was mapped to a question a serious buyer is actually asking: what is this place at the highest level, what does everyday life feel like across seasons, why does the healthspan philosophy exist, and how do golf, skiing, fly fishing and the region fit into one coherent whole.
The result is a hub-and-spoke architecture — core hubs for vision, lifestyle, real estate and healthspan, with supporting pages that each cover a single idea and reinforce the rest. Pages exist because the business needs them, not because a checklist did.
Design
Restraint, hierarchy and longevity.
The design is intentionally quiet: clear hierarchy, generous spacing, editorial typography and imagery that supports meaning rather than competing with it. No animation-heavy spectacle, no trend-driven devices.
That restraint mirrors the values of the club itself — permanence, intention, long-term thinking — and it was chosen so the site still feels appropriate years from now, as the community evolves.

Ongoing
Not a one-time deliverable.
The site is treated as an ongoing platform rather than a launch. New pages — a Discovery Stay for pre-qualified buyers, homesite and residence pages, seasonal updates — are added inside the existing architecture, with the same guardrails on structure, copy and search hygiene that shaped the original build.
Rather than maintenance, the relationship is stewardship: protecting the clarity and integrity of the platform as the project grows.
Outcome
A faithful representation of a real place.
Conceptual coherence across a wide range of topics. Credibility with a sophisticated audience. Search strength without compromising the brand. A structure that flexes as the project evolves.
Most importantly, the website functions as a faithful representation of a real place, a real philosophy and a real long-term vision — and it keeps doing that as the community grows.
If your company sells something more complicated than a photo gallery can hold, this is the kind of work we do.

Send us your current website. If we see a clear opportunity to improve the way your company, projects or properties are presented, we'll put together a concept showing how RAST would approach it.
You don't need another document explaining that your hero section could be better.
No generic PDF audit. We'd rather show you.
