Four stages. No hand-offs between departments, because there aren't any.

The concept
Send us your current website or a short brief. If we see a clear opportunity, we build a concept showing how RAST would approach your company, projects and properties — before any commitment on your side.
Structure and content
We map the site to the questions your buyers are actually asking: portfolio, process, places, available homes and lots. Every page gets a job. Then copy and photography are gathered and shaped around that structure.
Design and build
The site is designed around your brand and built on the RAST platform, with the property system configured for what you sell. You review real pages on a real site, not static mockups.
Launch, then stay
After launch we host, monitor and keep the site moving with the business — new homes, new phases, new campaigns. One relationship, no agency layers, no redesign every few years.
